Electoral roll - Our datasets include the edited electoral roll (also known as the voters roll) from 2004 to 2011. The key difference between the edited electoral roll and the full electoral roll is the edited version does not include people who have decided to opt out of publication. This was an option that came into force around 2003 and consequently, a number of registered individuals decided they did not want their details to appear on the edited electoral roll. Unfortunately, neither ourselves nor our competitors are permitted under current laws to publish the full version of the electoral roll.  Persons not wishing to appear on the edited electoral roll are advised to select the opt out option on their voter registration forms sent to them each year by the local authority. Alternatively, you can approach your local council directly to register or invoke the opt out facility. You are also able to register at AboutmyVote.co.uk which also provides details about eligibility to vote, etc

We also provide datasets relating to Company Director information -  this provides the registered address, date of birth and directorships for millions of individuals that are registered as directors of UK companies. Although most directors are UK based, there is a significant number of foreign address registered Uk directors. These are surprisingly useful datasets and often provide information that is not recorded on the electoral roll. Our datasets also include UK limited company information.

Births, deaths and marriage records are included (England & Wales only) from 1984 to 2005. Unfortunately, the GRO - General Register Office ceased making the post 2005 records available for purchase in a data format. Very useful record sets for confirming maiden names from the marriage records, date of birth from the death records or place of registration for birth.
